My story
From a young age, I’ve always felt this deep inner calling—to help people. That purpose led me to start studying bioengineering at Moscow State University when I was just 17. I was passionate about science and had the chance to contribute to innovative cancer research in top labs across Moscow, Paris, and Zurich.
But as life often does, it took some unexpected turns. I eventually settled in Zurich and shifted into the corporate world. By 26, I was leading a team, learning the ropes of leadership, and juggling big responsibilities. At the same time, I was navigating some tough personal changes, including a divorce. That chapter made me pause and reflect—was I really living out my purpose?
That question guided me to coaching. It felt like a natural next step—more personal, more impactful. I trained in Erickson’s solution-focused coaching method, and I’m on track to receive my ICF certification.
What truly lights me up is seeing that spark in someone’s eyes—the moment they realize what’s possible and take their first step toward it. Like we say at the academy, “we don’t coach topics; we coach people.”

It's cool that you give an idea and a fork for the direction, and I chew everything up and trying to come to the decision-making point, supported with no kicks in the ass and motivational speeches — just naked analytics and facts.
I really liked the analysis by roles, when you look at life from the point of view of a dreamer, a realist and a hater — that allows you to understand for yourself where is the point where you can really fuck up, and what the point is not your priority.
Thank you, you make me better, and therefore the world, because for myself I am the whole world!
